04 / Lead engine, automation or an AI agent$500 setup, then $299 a month. Automation from $1,500

Chasing new work is a second job.
We build the system that does it.

A lead engine that finds businesses in your city and trade, checks each one and drafts you a personal message to send. Or an automation or an AI agent, built for the job that eats your week and quoted once we know what it is.

Pay on delivery, and the automation or the agent is yours.See the proof
The problem01 / 05

The work is out there. The hours are not.

01

No time to go looking

You are busy doing the work. Finding the next customer gets pushed to the evening, and then it does not happen.

02

The list you paid for went nowhere

Numbers that were dead, businesses that already had what you sell, and no idea what to say to the rest.

03

The same admin every week

Copying enquiries across, chasing the same quote, sending the same reminder. Hours nobody pays you for.

What you get02 / 05

What we hand over.

  • 01

    A checked list, every month

Businesses on Google Maps with plenty of reviews and no website, in the city and trade you sell to. Each one checked before it reaches you.

  • 02

A personal message for every lead

Written about that business, drafted for you to read and send yourself. We never send on your behalf.

  • 03

    Some of it by hand

Some steps run on their own and some we run by hand. Nothing reaches you unchecked.

  • 04

    Workflow files you own

Built for the one job you name. Pay on delivery and the files are yours.

  • 05

A price and a date in writing

A fixed price and a delivery date before any work starts, then pay on delivery.

  • 06

Seen working on your real business

You watch it run on your real business before you pay, not on a mockup.

Proof03 / 05

Real runs, recorded.

03 / Customer discovery

The lead system.

It searches Google Maps for businesses with plenty of reviews and no website, checks each one, then writes a message for every lead. Some steps run on their own, some are run by hand.

04 / Ad intelligence

The ad engine.

It reads Meta's Ad Library for businesses already paying for ads. Last run: 18 of them, none with a working website.

~4,100

US ads running the phrase “walk-ins welcome”. Searching the word “cafe” returns over 50,000, led by Taco Bell and Capital One

Two engines, both recorded, neither a live feed. The lead system above searches Google Maps. The ad engine reads Meta's Ad Library for businesses already paying for ads. Its last run: 18 found, every one paying for ads, none with a working website. 118 already in the ledger, so none turned up twice. $0 a run, because it drives a browser on our own machine.

What it costs04 / 05
$500 setup, then $299 a monthThat is the lead engine. An automation or an AI agent is from $1,500, quoted per job once we know what it is. The price and the delivery date go in writing before we start.
  • A checked list every month, your city and trade
  • A personal message drafted for every lead
  • Every lead checked before it reaches you

An automation or an AI agent is separate, from $1,500 and quoted per job. An AI receptionist is its own service at $1,500 setup, then $149 a month.

Questions05 / 05
Does it send the messages for me?

No. Every message is drafted, never sent automatically. You read it, change it if you want, and send it yourself. It is your name on it.

Where do the leads come from?

Google Maps, for businesses with plenty of reviews and no website, pointed at your city and trade. Each one is checked before it reaches you.

Is it fully automatic?

No. Some steps run on their own and some we run by hand, and every lead is checked. The figures on this page are recorded results from real runs, not a live feed.

What do I own after delivery?

An automation or an agent is yours. The files are handed over when you pay on delivery. The lead engine is different. It is a monthly service, $299 a month after the $500 setup. You get the checked list each month, not the engine itself.

Why does automation say from $1,500?

Because we do not know what yours needs to do yet. Tell us the business and the job, and you get a fixed price and a delivery date in writing before any work starts. If it needs to answer the phone, that is the AI receptionist, priced separately at $1,500 setup, then $149 a month.
